Do not buy a LIFESMART hot tub
I purchased a LIFESMART hot tub through Home Depot. It was delivered and installed, then discovered multiple leaks during fill up. Customer service promised repair service and an email confirmation but I have not received either. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and temps are starting to drop below freezing..I would highly recommend to anyone that you buy through a local spa dealer because these people sell as is and do not warranty their product. I feel like I’m out $12,000 with the price of the electrical hook up and I’m not sure what recourse to take.

I am so sorry you had trouble with your order. We have no connection to Home Depot, but our team is well versed to troubleshoot and get the needed warranty support when needed. It is very unusual to have leaks on setup, unless it is the PVC unions reviewed in the owner's manual. Even though you did not buy through us, we are glad to help you troubleshoot and review what to look for...if we cannot resolve the issues, we can connect you with the warranty team (who is fantastic). Unfortunately, Home Depot does not know hot tubs and does not have any insight into the brands they sell; however, hot tubs are all we do. Thanks, the LifesmartOutlet.com Team
