Communication has been ok but hard to rate until I receive the order. Order placed on March 11, 2023. According to email it is now in production. Will update rating once received.

This was such a wonderful experience and we haven't even had a hot tub delivered yet! We ordered one and then had a family issue and needed to cancel with plans to order at a future date. Tim was more than accommodating and hands on in making sure we got our refund and knew he was there when we were ready to make the purchase in the future!!

It was very fast and east to fillout the purchasing form and the sticker price for the hot tub is the cheapest here ($1k less) compared to Costco, Sam's, etc.
