Online reorder page freezes up every time after address confirmation page. I have to set up an online appointment to renew every month.

Virginia was wonderful. I had tons of questions and she answered them all. She was patient and didn't rush me through this very stressful process. She put me at ease and made me believe i am making the proper decision for myself.

Love this service!! I've had the best experience getting my shots through them! Also pulls straight from my HSA so even better because it feels like I'm not paying. I've already had 2 friends sign up.

To be honest, I pretty much gave up on finding something to help me lose weight until I spoke with Kinney, he was so kind and very upbeat. I could tell he enjoys his job but most of all he enjoys helping people take their first step in their health journey. I was very excited to receive his text to be able to leave a review! Kinney was very knowledgeable and seemed to speak from the heart. A very outspoken friendly and just a joy to speak with. I’m excited to begin this journey with LifeMD and grateful Kinney was on the other side of the phone.

Salesperson, Jen, wrongly entered my birthdate, address, and phone number but correctly took my credit card payment. As a result, getting started in their patient portal was a tortuous experience. My 1st interview with medical staff could not be completed due to this same data entry problem. Awaiting 2nd interview attempt with medical staff. Hopeful toward getting weight loss medication!
