Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, respectful, knowledgeable and so helpful. I was very nervous about doing this online, but so far I have had a positive and productive experience.

I don’t believe they are up front about the cost of services . In the app it’s hard to tell when a service fee will be charged. I understand paying a fee for medication but a 3 month service fee seems questionable. Once you get i to the service you discover that the medication is $250. Then every 3 months there is a 350 service fee. This last time I renewed the service fee was a surprise. I am going to try to find a glp1 without a service fee.
