I recently placed a large order with Life Extension. I got an email telling me my products had arrived. It also warned that there were multiple boxes. However, my order hadn't arrived. I checked the bushes, asked neighbors... NADA! Life Extension made this awful situation no biggie. AWESOME! Not only do their supplements WORK - they're great to work with.

Life Extension has certainly earned my trust. They get my orders right every time. Delivery is fast and the packaging is always secure. It's apparent they are run by people who care about detail. I am convinced their products are of top quality. I have never been disappointed.

I have not received my order. It took 5 days to get the order sent out, and it still has not arrived. It has been 10 days since I placed the order.

I had trouble accessing the website and my account. Also, I asked about the ability to defer ship dates and was told to delay my order until I could be available. Since that was not an option I looked elsewhere for product. Looks like I may be changing my primary supplier, LE, after 25 years.
