Would be nice to have a weekly email that details ones daily usage from the past week, compared to the week prior to that. Many of your competitors do that and it’s nice. Otherwise, LifeEnergy seems great.

I am thrilled with the rate and detailed usage information LifeEnergy provides.

The power has gone out like three times with only a little bit of rain and thunder then the rate we’re paying is a lot. As soon as this contract ends I’ll be changing to another electric company.

Have not had any problems with the service and I'm enjoying the current low price.

Information for evaluating costs for service is confusing and difficult. Cost has ended up being higher than expected.

I've only been using them for a few months, but they seem ok. The first bill they accidentally overcharged me, but they sent a letter and applied the money to the next bill (I never really got an explanation of how or why or how much, but as long as it worked itself out, I guess). The website isn't terribly user friendly, but it suffices. No issues with the actual power.

The service has been as advertised. I am very comfortable with this electrical service provider.

Billing has been according to the agreement as per the Choice Program.
