Great Customer service! I have been a longtime LibSyn user, as they host my podcast. With the move to LibSyn5, I was experiencing problems with the player settings and nothing seemed to be helping. Thankfully Aaron at Customer Services did not give up and after trying a few methods finally helped me to fix my settings.

LibSyn has always answered every question I have ever had perfectly, thoroughly and promptly over the 16 year history of my podcast. They are simply the best.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was very confused about my podcast and settings and your rep literally walked me through step by step. He made the process so easy for me. I have to say that I do enjoy the customer service reps from Libsyn because they are always so professional and kind. I've been in customer service for many years so I do not give out 5 stars easily. Truly impressed with the caliber of representatives this company hires. Kudos!!!!

Dave has been very helpful in answering all of my questions. He always got back to me very fast and his explanations have always been clear and to the point on every problem I had.

I had issues with changing email and password and my path to getting those issues resolved could not have gone smoother. Aaron and everyone who chimed in from support made the "fixing" of the issues easy. Thanks all.
