I like the interface. It's pretty straight forward and simple to learn and use. However, I've had an uploading issue and submitted a ticket several days ago and haven't had any kind of response. I'd also reached out to Spotify to see if they could help and have already talked back and forth with them several times. And still no response from Libsyn. Pretty frustrating.

I've just launched my podcast one week ago, and thanks to a friend's recommendation I got into Libsyn. The platform is very easy to use, and if you have any doubts in the process you always can go to the resources library where they have filed past live sessions explaining everything thoroughly. Highly recommended!

As a newbie podcaster who is not a tech wizard, I was very leery about starting my own podcast. Even more, I was concerned about how to navigate the process of getting it published. When I experienced issues I didn't know how to fix, I contacted Libsyn support. Ashley was my person. She did not give up until she got to the bottom of the issue--and it was definitely user error, not an issue with Libsyn. I was so encouraged that she stuck with it and didn't give up. I previously tried a free podcast hosting company, but switched to Libsyn when I saw how it would easily work with my Wordpress website. I am a true fan of Libsyn!

Quick response and an easy workaround until the bug is squashed. Always fast & easy when dealing with support at Libysn - though those situations are rare to begin with :)
