By far the best support I’ve ever had. Dave not only addressed my issue, he took a deep dive into my feed and found solutions to problems I didn’t know I had. It was like going to a good mechanic.

I thought I'd read all the instructions, on how to do something, but after asking for helping, and carefully following the guidance/documentation provided, it turned out I'd missed something, and Libsyn Support was able to identify what that was. It turned out I had more trouble with Apple Podcast web site too, but with a bit of patience (and luck), everything came out in the wash! (it worked!)

Content upload limit can be annoying but everything else is easy to use

Friendly and efficient help that resolved my issue. Libsyn customer services has been fantastic all the years I've been with them.

I like the devices. Used it way back then you first started. Came back recently. However the Libsyn website is rather sluggish imho. The graphics feel out of date. Is there a iPhone app version? Tom

As a brand new podcaster I found using libsyn super easy to do. It's not hard, I can schedule podcasts, upload artwork, see stats and make sure that my podcast shows up in all the places. What more do you want?!
