I needed help closing my account, and Rich made the process quick and simple. I have loved being a user with LibSyn and never had an issue with the company or the platform. If I ever produce another podcast in the future, LibSyn will be my key to sucess as it was before.

Support responses to email occurred within 12 hours, and sometimes within an hour or two. I find this very rare and worthy of commendation. Second, support emails were thorough and, if I didn't understand something, follow-up help via email came pretty quickly.

Lisbyn has been extremely easy to use as a first time podcaster. I love the option to have my guests call in via a link and then everything is right there for me.

Chris Jones gave me very detailed, step by step instructions to update a very old podcast episode. Very clear and concise, I was able to walk through it and fix my problem without any other further questions. Super helpful!
