I needed to get with the support team because my episodes weren't loading after having them scheduled. Rich H. was extremely kind when I emailed support. Guess what my flub was & why my episodes weren't loading?? I FORGOT TO ADD THE AUDIO (can't you tell I'm a professional podcaster?) Rich didn't make me feel like a fool for one second. In fact, he let me know this is a common occurrence and no big deal. He also responded to my initial enquiry within an hour! We need more Rich's in our lives. Thanks again Libsyn - I already knew y'all were the best and Rich helped solidify that today!

Excellent customer service and tremendous platform for podcasters.

I’ve found Libsyn to easy to navigate and very responsive when I’ve had questions. I would highly recommend!!
