Liberty KiltsReviews of libertykilts.com

I am leaving this review as part 1. I am in Australia and ordered a Prince Charlie Jacket and waistcoat for my husband. All was going well until the Parcel arrived. Imagine how disappointed I was when I opened it up to find a KILT inside. Anyhow I was promised another jacket to be sent (I am still waiting) but funnily had a phone call from Belfast Ireland the other night - seems this lovely man has my JACKET AND I HAVE HIS KILT. OK SO PROGRESS SO FAR - it has just cost me $45.00 AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS to send the kilt to its rightful owner. Liberty Kilts said nothing about returning the kilt I received by mistake but it was the right thing to do after the said owner of the Kilt contacted me. SO HERE IT IS PART 2 - 5.4.2023 Today I received my Prince Charlie Waistcoat and Jacket from Liberty Kilts - true to their word they replaced the Jacket that was sent to the wrong person. I have to say that the jacket and waistcoat are very nice and I think very well made they fit my husband perfectly. I found the chat line service very good and they were very easy to talk to and as promised I have my new jacket. My only gripe is that it cost me $45.00 Australian dollars as I said before to post the kilt I received by mistake to its rightful owner in Ireland.

We received the jackets about two weeks after we ordered which is great. The quality was fine. Price was right. We didn’t expect to get the matching vests with our order but somehow they were included.

First time purchase and except for a longer than anticipated wait for delivery all was good. The kilt is beautiful and the quality good.

The kilt is absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased with it. It has a good weight to it and is beautifully pleatedand hangs well. The waist is bit large but I suppose it's to be expected as it was made for a man and I am a woman. Can be fixed with a belt though, so not a big problem. Thank you for making me such a wonderful kit!!!

Absolutely top notch kilt. Just a small contention though that has little bearing on the actual kilt. There was no option to having a sporran. Given the price tag attached to the kilt one might think that would afford a simple sporran. However like I said the kilt I got is top notch.

First off, my kilt and accessories are great and I am impressed with the quality. I have one other lesser quality kilt, and I can see and feel the difference. I was in a rush for this kilt and took advantage of the 7-10 day rush delivery. I took this to mean delivered, but it was actually 7-10 days to ship. If this was more clear, I would have preferred an overnight shipping option or some more specific choice. When I followed up on the status of my order, there was a prompt reply that it was ‘ready to ship’, but after further follow up, it did not ship for another 7 days. So, communication needs to improve. Maybe there is more transparency if you have an account, whereas I checked out as a ‘guest.’ Another note, these kilts are made in Pakistan, and therefore shipping may be longer than expected, if sending to the U.S., which was my case.

Nice kilt, just wish it was made in USA.

Good shipping. Medium qulity. In fact all fine)
