After receiving our smart low voltage pathway lights, I had a problem connecting to our WIFI. I contacted LeonLite directly, and was lucky enough to get Justin. Right away he knew what the issue was, and asked for my email to send me a file with the fix. His instructions worked perfectly, and I have had no problems with our light connection since October. I really love our smart (change colors with app) classy looking oil rubbed bronze lights. Since October, I have contacted Justin a few times with questions about other lights, and a problem I had with one of our existing lights. Anytime I've emailed him, he's responded to my inquiry within a day, and always is trying to help fix my problem. So glad he answered the phone the first time I called. Justin is always friendly, and helpful. On Amazon I have seen a few reviews for poor customer service at LeonLite, and I think my customer service has been fantastic! Kudos to Justin!!
