I ordered glasses and they broke within 2 months. was sent a replacement, and they broke as well. reached out to customer service and they’re refusing any additional help. The cheapest and shoddiest glasses!!!! I’m so upset I paid so much money for these flimsy glasses. And customer service is AWFUL.

Lensmart offers a 365-day warranty (warranty will be determined by the date of the parcel signed) covering clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship. We check we have arranged reissue for you before. Thank you for your understanding.

I have ordered 2 pairs of eyeglasses and I really LOVE them! I used to wear contact lenses every single day but since I got them I wear these glasses a lot of times!☺️ The quality is amazing! I highly recommend it!

Update...so via my earlier mistake there was a price difference in my purchase. Once again cannot say enough about the customer service and quality. Sent an email in regards to refund they are on it over night. 10/10 would highly recommend. I am a faithful customer. Top notch service

Just received glasses last night. Pulled them out of packaging today and one of the prescription pair I ordered is completely missing the right lens. Lenses in the Hanna frames are not secured to the frame by anything except a couple of pieces of cheap FISHING LINE. OMG! I needed these glasses to be functional as my other pair is 6 years old and doesn't help me see as much anymore. One week later, reply from lensmart is wanting my PD before they will help. My complaint has nothing to do with the fit of the frames but with poor workmanship and a missing left eye lens! So frustrating.
