I didn't quite get it right the first time but the customer service is top notch! For the record I was trying a new lens type. Really can't blame them for the job that they did because I was getting something I didn't quite understand. I explained to them what was going on and within one conversation, actually before the conversation was finished, they already had the shipping return label sent to my email! Top Notch!

LensFactory did an amazing job on a special project for our daughter, who has autism. Throughout her life, our daughter has been obsessed with the Rolling Sones. She does not like wearing glasses. We purchased a couple of plastic Rolling Stones sunglasses, made by GoodR X, that are covered with the Stones' logo. LensFactory was able to remove the plastic lenses from those frames and insert clear single vision lenses matching our daughter's prescription. She absolutely loves them!

Lens Factory has a relatively straightforward and simple process for replacing poly lenses in existing frames.

Lenses were not fit properly into my frames. One lens was cut too large. The other was cut to small. I’ve returned them and hope this can be resolved.
