Glasses arrived on time and are great.

Would not answer my phone calls and no call-back after I have bought from them for years. No update on my order and they received my return prescription glasses long ago so here I am I can't see and they have my 160 dollar frames

I have not yet received my new glasses. I cannot drive at night. It has been weeks, not days. I keep getting “delayed” messages instead of the glasses despite requesting you return them using Fed ex or UPS. You sent them “flat rate “. That’s the last of my business you will see. I need two pairs of sunglasses and two additional glasses I will be procuring through other vendors.

This is my fifth pair of glasses with lens factory. All 4 were great. This last pair was terrible. They said the lenes were glass. All labs 3 said they are plastic. That not all. I can't see right with them. Have hallows on the outside of my vision. They said these are made in a outside lab?

I was in need of some new glasses. The LensFactory seemed like a good choice and it was. My first pair are used mainly when I'm driving or doing yard work on a bright sunny day. The polarized lenses are perfect. My second pair from LensFactory have transition lenses and these work perfectly when watching TV or any inside activities where fluorescent lights are in use. I would definitely recommend LensFactory to anyone thinking of replacing their glasses.
