Amazing customer service and timely delivery. Very impressed with my glasses.

After ordering prescription sunglasses, I noticed they made me feel dizzy while wearing them. I contacted support and they asked that I send them back, which I did. Within 2 weeks, my new glasses arrived, with the problem fixed, at no charge other than my shipping them back. Great customer service, thank you!

I went with LensesRX because they handled Zeiss lenses. Using their portal I entered (badly mis-entered) my prescription- the mistake was entirely my fault. When i reached out to seek help correcting my error, they were helpful, patient and more than fair. I got my glasses with the correct prescription today and they are perfect. I am a loyal customer from now on and I recommend them without reservation.
