Lens Direct is an experienced lens and frame company. They were able to repair my wife's damaged glasses. The stem was broken on her favorite glasses but she had lost her prescription so she couldn't order another pair. I sent the broken frame with lenses and Lens Direct repaired the broken stem and mounted new prescription lenses on the frames. Very happy camper! Thank you!

UPDATE 14 Aug 25: Customer service made this order correct. I wish their communication had been better, but I did receive the exact order I intended to receive and their customer service ensured I received it timely. So I'm updating my review to show they did fix the issue. 7 Aug 25: I ordered my contacts online and paid. Sent in the prescription, which ended up adjusting the order. They charged me again without my permission and said "it's just because of the prescription adjustment." When I checked the order, it was actually because their adjustment changed the order to 3 years supply instead of the one I originally ordered. I called to change it back. The ordered was changed to 1 year for 1 eye and 4 months for the other eye. I called again. It was never changed back. And I still dont have a refund showing up. I wish I'd just canceled and went somewhere else.

Good prices and convenient service. Ordering was easy and the website is user-friendly. My lenses arrived on time and in good condition. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall, a reliable option for contacts. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free lens purchase online.
