Aliyah was very helpful at explaining the prescription process. Originally this was not explained properly by Lily (hence only three stars) and it has caused shipping delays. Had the process been explained properly the first time there was a prescription issue, I could have had it corrected by the next auto shipment.

The overall process for getting my lenses replaced was fine. It was affordable and only took a couple of weeks from beginning to end. However, their "Standard AR" coating gives the lenses a slight greenish brown tint. They do not offer an option for completely clear lenses which was disappointing. They handled my complaint well and issued a refund.

Shipping took longer than quoted but other than that I cant complain.

Ordering was easy but still have not received my contacts. They were ordered on 11/24/20. They say shipped but have not gotten them yet. The last company I used they were delivered in a week. But the price was a little cheaper with LensDirect:) So i guess it is going to be ok.

I received my contacts quickly although I wasn’t provided the full discount offered due to my account being on “guest” status. Also, in my pack I have had 4 torn contacts within the first week. Customer service was quick to respond about “guest” account.

I wish they would of straitened the glasses they are way off, like bent. And the lenses seem to have a yellow a tint
