The process has been seamless but length of time feels long. 12-14 weeks was the initial time frame now it appears as if it will be another 12-14 weeks now that the frames have been received which is 6 months.

Easy to place the contacts lenses order. Says it verifies in 8 business hours and ships the following day. 3 days later, I see my order status says "Bad Prescription." No one every contacted me to get my prescription or doctor contact info. I had to contact customer service, and Bibi promptly verified the order. But I think that my order would have sat unfulfilled had I not taken the initiative. There are obviously problems with their automated system and prescription verification system, which create unnecessary delays.

The quality of the new lenses seems great. I am very happy with the results. The price was excellent. What I was not happy with was it took almost a month and a few phone calls before I received my glasses.

Disappointed that the same exact order I made 5 months ago was $15 dollars more. On Black Friday!

I should have come to read the reviews here, first. I'm rating 3 stars based on my current experience and will update when my order is EVENTUALLY complete. Pro: mailing labels/using your own box to send frames is a good process. Customer Service is polite. CONS: While Customer Service is polite...they aren't too helpful. According to USPS, my frames arrived at LD on Friday 6/23. They are not showing as received by LD yet (4 business days). When I spoke to customer service, they said that they'd perhaps check their mail drop by this next Friday. And then it will take ANOTHER 12-15 days. What company doesn't check their mail for a week? I should have come to Trust Pilot to read the reviews. On their website, they only have reviews talking about how fast they turn around orders. I want to be happy with my beloved frames and great new lenses. I am looking forward to receiving them when completed. I'll come back and increase/decrease my star rating as the saga continues. Update: 7/18/23 - 17 business days later, and my lens are still in the "assembly & Q/A" stage. Have been for at least the past week. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Update: 7/26/23 - 6 business days later, 23 business days in total (not including the solid week it took for LD to check in the frames I sent them), and my lenses have moved backward into "New lenses being made". I'm happy they are paying attention to quality control, however...how much longer will it take?

The company received my lens replacement on May 23rd. However, they sent me an email saying that they did not receive my lenses on May 26th and that they were waiting to receive them so they could begin work. If they would have checked the USPS tracking number they would have seen that the lenses were signed for on the 23rd. It was a little disturbing thinking that my lenses had been lost somehow. When I called to inform them that the lenses were signed for the customer service person stated that they could see that but they had not yet been entered into their system to start work. I am disappointed to think that they don't begin receiving my order in their system until they get around to it. I am in urgent need of getting my glasses back in a timely manner as they stated. They said 10 business days but when I call to find out what's going on they now say it will take 10 to 12 business days before they leave their facility. In addition, I asked if they would honor the Memorial Day discount code they advertised for 40% off. The Customer Service agent said no they would not because I already placed the order. They hadn't even begun to receive in my order and send me a concerning email about my lenses not being received yet won't honor the new better discount that is still valid until June 5th? Most companies would adjust the discount for good customer service.
