The lensabl products and craftmanship are fantastic, at very reasonable prices. Replacing lenses in existing frames is quite easy and practical. Communication with customer service can be frustrating, as on each of my orders I've received conflicting emails, which then required multiple emails for clarification. Overall, worth the effort.

I have been a HUGE fan and purchasing glasses from this company for about 2 years. I think I have purchased about 10 pairs. I have NEVER had a problem, but this order, I ordered two pairs. I ordered them on August 30th. I did not receive them until October 7th, that is MUCH longer than I have ever had to wait if I purchased my glasses from my doctor. I understand you guys being busy! But, you claim to be quick service. Yet, again I still understand. But, when I tried to sign into my account over the three weeks I had waited before I reached out, it kept saying that there was maitenence on your site. So I couldnt sign in. I reached out to the company On Sept. 21st asking if I could just check on the status and explained the issue with the site. I received a response that was quick and kind, that they would reach out to the correct department to get info. I received a timely response that he was told my glasses would be done in 2-3 days, but was reminded that you only send out when they are right. Which is understandable, but I think its bad practice to just leave the customer in the dark if something did happen and you expect it to be a longer wait. And the 2-3 day quote, which I understand is just a quote, but it didnt happen, even close. They were shipped on October 4th. I was trying to just be understanding and move on. But, it was a bit of a disrespectful surprise when I opened my box, which I purchased TWO pairs of glasses and only received ONE cleaning kit. Perhaps it is a small thing, but it is just really not ok since I ordered two. Even tho they were shipped together in one box, I still expected to receive what is stated on your site. This experience was incredibly unprofessional. I HATE writing negative reviews and avoid them at all costs. But, this was alot of really showing lack of care for your customer and their experience.

I had to return my glasses frame and the newly made lenses because I could not read anything up-close. After I informed lensabl they told me to return both items and they will re-make the lenses. I sent the items back on 2023/09/26 and no feedback from the company on the status of this redo order yet. I emailed them last night and hopefully they will respond soon?

Lens are of a quality so low that they scratch when wiped with recommended cloth. My glasses are ruined, no refund no help typical corporation

Mismade the lenses twice.The second set of (incorrect) lenses took so long I feared I would never get my (expensive) frames back, so when I finally did, I gave up trying to get the right prescription from this company. DO NOT USE THEM!

When I recieved my frames, I put them on and the progression line from the distance portion of my lens to reading portion was right in the middle of my line of vision. Wearing them makes me dizzy. Now I have to have the lenses replaced again at an additional cost with another company because my glasses are unwearable. Your communication platform also held up my order. I mailed my frames at the end of August and didn't receive them until end of September because I got repeated emails requesting the same information, which by the way, was printed on the prescription I uploaded into my account.

This is the second time I have used Lensabl, both times to replace the lenses in my Bose SoundFrame sunglasses. My prescription changed, so I decided to spend the money to change out the lenses again. The first time the lenses worked out fairly well, although there was not a crispness to the near-vision, although not severe enough for me not to put up with it, and the tint was great. The second time, the tint was not nearly what it was the first time; it was too light, and secondly, looking through the lenses gave me double-vision. So, I contacted Lensabl about it. Lensabl did replace the lenses, but it took a long time and a lot of emails to get it done. Unfortunately again, the tint was too light and to get the tint I originally had I was going to have to pay an additional $379 after I had already spent at least that much the second time AND the vision still isn't right. Consequently, I haven't used the Bose glasses. My prescription glasses and sunglasses from a competitor work beautifully. I'm sorry it didn't work out, and I'm not willing to spend more money and time to correct them.
