Our mission and passion, since 1995, is to provide you with the best way to buy contact lenses - better than your eye doctor, better than big box, better than other websites. We think you’re looking for the best prices on brand name contact lenses supported by hassle-free business practices. We’ve grown and invested over the years to ensure we can meet your needs. Everyone on the team is dedicated to one thing only, your satisfaction with our service. Give us a try, you’ll be glad you did! What makes us different? A couple of things. We offer amongst the lowest prices of any contact lens seller online or in-store, through our bulk buying and independent price setting. We have the largest independently held inventory of contact lenses in our warehouse, so we ship most orders within 24 hours. Ordering through us is incredibly easy, requiring - 1) your order information, and 2) the name and contact info of your eye doctor (or copy of your prescription, if you have it) and we can take care of the rest. Also, everything on our website is designed for simple user interaction whether you’re placing an order, changing a prescription or checking on an order’s status. This coupled with genuine caring customer service means a smoother, worry-free experience. Just what you want when you order contact lenses. We even have an online eye exam service to save you the doctor’s trip.Contact LensesBrandsOnline Vision Exam

The last time I ordered I was sent not only the wrong prescription, but the wrong brand. I placed this order and was expecting my contacts in a few days and just got an email that says I won’t get them till mid June! This company is a joke.

Horrible experience. Whats the point of telling me my contacts are $155 for one set of boxes (so $310 total) to then get to the check out & it’s $500 with NO WHERE that explains these extra charges UNLESS you fully pay. Makes no sense. Additionally, there was no way to split payment so have part of my payment be my FSA acct & the rest be a different acct. Do better to help your customers. I’ve only ever ordered from you since I’ve worn contacts (15 years) but I’m going somewhere else now. Ridiculous.

I canceled my order because of the hidden fees shipping was $9.95 I was fine with that but the $100.00 handling fees were ridiculous

It was very easy to order and receive a box of contacts. I had my Rx and they confirmed it with my doctor.

I’m frustrated because no one was able to expedite my shipment since my prescription was delayed due to an issue with the contact brand. I don’t understand why the branch should even matter. My prescription was correct. I should be able to choose which brand I want.

U guys automatically put 2 sets on the order so I immediately chatted then was told to call. So I called but the wait was 3 hours & then was told my order already shipped. What a scam!
