They offered the best interest rate I could find from an online loan servicer. Website was not the most user-friendly, and for a long time they did not have functionality for me to set the autopayment amount (I could only autopay the minimum). They later added this functionality, which made it easier to pay off my loan early without the headache of making monthly manual extra payments.

LendKey is really awesome! First of all, they turned around and provided me with a lender within a day of my application. They were able to approve me and find a Federal credit union with a lower interest rate than SoFi had provided me. I jumped on it and canceled my application with SoFi right away. I was able to save over $10k and 15 years of payments by refinancing with this credit union. I am no longer stuck making minimal amounts with high interest rates!! LendKey has a really cool Ambassador program that lets me promote their services, while rewarding me if anyone applies and/or gets approved. The website is comprehensive and gives me everything I need: Payment, Interest, Pending payments, and ability to pay against my principal without having to send in a paper check! I really appreciate the company and service I have received thus far. The only complaint I have is that the payments take a long time to post when I make one-time payments. That makes no sense if I'm sending the payment electronically. It should take 2-3 business days tops. Help improve that and I'll change to 5 stars!

It would be 5 stars if I wasn't required to open a savings account that I neither want nor need, and on top of that charges a minimum balance service fee.

I wish payments were processed and updated online faster but other than that my experience with LendKey has been great!
