No assistance for covid-19
Clearly this is a company that chooses profits over people in this time of crisis. They are not offering anything different when it comes to non-interest forbearance options for those affected by COVID-19. Prior to this, they were amazing in customer service and by far the best each time I called and needed information. However, as per their website contacting their care @lendkey.com email proved inadequate as I'm waiting on a response for almost 2 weeks now. When choosing a lending partner do your research and avoid lendkey because if another covid-19 crisis or similar happens, they clearly know they don't have to provide any assistance but choose profits over people. It all comes down to ethics in the company's leadership.
