I’m loving all of the products that I ordered. I feel like I was able to easily build a balanced supplement regimen. My only complaint is that I have a monthly creatine subscription, but the creatine only contains a 15 day supply, so now I have 2 creatine subscriptions— seems silly to offer a monthly subscription on a product that doesn’t last a whole month

Quick response to questions but every time I do a review the code I earn doesn't work

I was disappointed to see that the contents of my order were printed directly on the shipping label beneath my address. For items like vitamins or supplements, I believe customer privacy should be respected and packaging should remain discreet. This felt like an unnecessary breach of confidentiality. I hope the company considers improving their shipping practices to better protect customer privacy in the future. Other than that I think this will be a great product.

I had an issue with my order being cancelled after using a promotional code for taking a survey. Customer support couldn't help me and I was getting frustrated. After several messages back and forth, the issue was escalated higher up and my order was approved and the issue was resolved. I am a 1st time customer, on the recommendation of my sister, who uses the lemme products. What could have been a really bad experience was turned around and I am happy to say I received my items. The website needs much improvement, but customer service is always as helpful as they can be and very friendly. I didn't realize what a HUGE discount was applied to my order! I would say, the frustration and wait was worth it and if I can get my account to behave, I will probably order again soon

The web site was a little confusing. It said the bottle costs $30 but it only charged me $24 at checkout.
