I PLACED AN ORDER ON THEIR SITE 3 DAYS AGO. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I REALIZED I WAS CHARGED SHIPPING BUT THEIR HOME PAGE STATES "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS". I ALSO HAD A FEW OTHER PRODUCT QUESTIONS. SO I GAVE THEM A CALL...NO ANSWER. I HAVE SINCE CALLED A DOZEN TIMES AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES! I STILL HAVEN'T SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE! BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD $200!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Sent the wrong LED light and when I asked for the proper one they told me they were out of stock and one would be sent ASAP. The owner (KURT) also called me and promised the same and even added a note in my account that one would be sent. Well, 2 months later, ( as he requested I wait ), no bulb and account deleted. Emails ignored, and phone calls not returned. Avoid these people they are not trustworthy.

Dear Ms. Sammells, Thank you for placing your business with us. I apologize for your inconvenience. I have reviewed your tracking details and your item shipped on 1/15 and shows being successfully delivered via UPS ground on 1/20. I am going contact you in a separate email so we can get this resolved and get you a replacement for the order you did not receive.
