Vielen Dank nochmals!!!

1zw73w370403029276 hello, this is the tracking number of the package that left Lyon airport with the sender. It seems that it is not doing its job properly. Please take the necessary steps to avoid any claims for damHello, I'm sorry to insist but you would at least have the courtesy to answer my email. Your behavior is not an example for the online market and know that if for you I represent only a very small customer, you still cashed the amount of my order without having honored it to me. Thank you for doing what is necessary so that we can stay on good terms. I had already ordered a Honda Rotman's jacket from you, and everything went very well. Best regards.ages against you.

My experience was made great that the fact that the product looks and feels better than I expected. At first when I saw the reasonable price I was worried that either it was a scam or that the product would not be constructed well. Glad to say that I was wrong because the jacket, gloves and boots all look fantastic. The jacket and gloves fit really well. The boots seems to run on the bigger side but that is totally fine because they are still as comfortable as a race boot can be. The styling is awesome and I have already received many compliments. The company did well because during the process I had became worried and I reached out to customer service about the status of the order. I was happy that I received a reply back within two days explaining why I had not received my order. Within a few more days I received a confirmation of shipping and a few days later my order arrived looking better than I thought it would. I am very happy with this purchase and I feel comfortable with ordering from the company again should I need anything else. I can’t say enough about how excited I am about this purchase.

The red color of the racing suit was not like the design. Ducati - red is darker in the original.

Hi Brendan, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the color of our racing suit. We apologize for any confusion or disappointment caused by the difference in color between the CAD design and the actual product. Please note that the design listed on our website is created using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, which may not perfectly replicate the actual color of the product. Rest assured, our racing suits are made with top-grain leather and are manufactured in the same fluorescent red color as on Ducati race suit. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products, but variations in lighting and screen settings may affect the perception of color. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're here to assist you and ensure your satisfaction with our products. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope you continue to enjoy your racing suit.
