Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sizing did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the fit isn’t quite right. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the gloves, and we appreciate your comments regarding the size chart and delivery time. Your feedback helps us improve both our products and sizing guidance for future customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay and communication issues. During that period, we were experiencing shipping disruptions due to the political situation in the Middle East, which unfortunately affected delivery timelines and response times. We understand your concerns and appreciate your patience. Since you have now received your order, we would truly value your feedback regarding the product itself and hope it met your expectations.
