In my case, I ordered a size L and even provided my measurements to be sure. They wrote back recommending a size XS (I have no idea why), to which I replied no, and asked them to send the L I had ordered. What I received wouldn’t even fit a 10-year-old child. After months of excuses— from November until now— and endless back-and-forth (they asked for details, photos of the jacket, photos of me…), they don’t even reply anymore. So now I’m left with no jacket and no money.

Order Placed: Oct 11, 2024 Delivery attempt by the UPS: Oct 31, 2024 Last delivery attempt by UPS: Nov 22, 2024 UPS: Unable to Deliver The receiver was not available at the time of the final delivery attempt. / The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines. H9610377308 Narbonne, France We have contacted you for several times to contact your local UPS office and collect the parcel or reschedule the delivery. But you failed and according to the local guidelines, the parcel was destroyed.
Dear Sir or Madam, the goods took some time to get through customs and for UPS to deliver. The goods ordered are of great quality and look very cleanly made. Unfortunately, the recommended size does not match the German size at all. The specified D42 is a maximum of a D38!!!! and unfortunately not suitable for my wife. As the workmanship and quality are very good, I will sell the goods on. Thank you for your product. I would be happy to order again if I find a suitable size. Greetings from Berlin.

Hi Roman, Sorry for the inconvenience, No issue for the size. Please contact [email protected] and we will upgrade your order to custom size for FREE.
Sehr Schade

Dear Leather Collection Support, I received my men’s bomber jacket yesterday, but the zipper is on the left side. It should be on the right side for men’s clothes. However, it’s awkward for me to zip up the jacket with the zipper on the left side. Can I get a replacement with the zipper on the right side? Please help resolve my issue. Thank you for your time and help. I look forward to your response.
