I had a problem with the reporting functionality. It was not possible for me to solve it my self. With the help of Rashida I recieved not only a quick answer but also a solution which solved my problen

I have had a really good experience using LearnDash with Elementor, WooCommerce and WordPress to create a system capable of selling access to sustainability training resources. I haven't had to write a single line of code. Support has been good.

Of my experiences with support, they have been somewhat quick to respond and most importantly patient with my issues which were really just tech questions on features. My first issue was resolved quickly. I was very specific with my question. My next issue was a question about a new tech feature. However, my question was not as detailed, so it took two emails to confirm the answer to my question.
