It could not have gone any smoother. I have a spinal issue. I sent in my MRI reports prior to my appointment. The doctor reviewed the reports and called me right on time. Took some information and approved my medical card in just a few minutes. He was very nice and answered a couple questions I had and told me to call in the future with any other questions or concerns. Will use again for re-certification.
