Hi BR, We apologize for any confusion, but it seems there might be a misunderstanding. We don't sell products, including tinctures, as we are a service-based company. Our offerings are centered around providing telehealth services, not physical products. Therefore, it appears there might be a mix-up with the entity you purchased the tincture from. We've escalated this to one of our Patient Care representatives and they'll reach to you to address any concerns you have. Thank you!
Everything was easy and fast, thank you but I still having trouble with Illinois approval because I did a mistake in the application, I don’t know what to do

The bud tender forgot to tell me about the 10% off for seniors, so I told him if he could change the sales receipt that he could keep the difference. OMG I just tipped him $20.00!!!
