I was having a issue with dept of health in Puerto Rico a guy in Leafwell by the name of Julio went above and beyond to help me out great guy I was about to ask for a refund but I’m glad he helped me out guy should be rewarded for his customer service skills

Very easy to apply to. Quick and efficient. Dr was friendly and called before I could finish paperwork. I did not know it could be so easy.
