You pay for their mistakes
For Maine residents, digital copies of your medical card should be available same day as appointment. After 24-hours without a card, I emailed. Back and forth, then silence… until I requested a refund based on their “money back guarantee.” Then, at nearly 48-hours, they reached out with the card and to let me know that because services were rendered they would not honor the refund. Services weren’t rendered when my request was submitted. I’ll never use Leafwell again. .
