The approval process was easy but customer service is very lacking. I got repeated emails with the same copy and pasted text and very little actual support with solving the issue I had with getting registered.

We appreciate your feedback. We're always striving to make our services as straightforward and convenient as possible.
There seems to be a recurring issue of doctors just not showing up for appointments. After calling to talk to support during regular business hours I was forced to leave a message and a week later I have received absolutely no response. While I was contacted previously after I had managed to get in contact with a provider eventually. It took 3 days to manage seeing a provider. Upon my second time using Leafwell I again had a provider not show up for two different appointments on 01/15/2025. After which I contacted support and was forced to leave a voice mail due to all agents being busy. I was finally able to see the provider a today 01/22/2025 a week later with zero response from support.
