After being approved, you would need to go to the state of Nevada's medical cannabis site to request an application packet, or you could call them over the phone to make the request. Once it is received, you send the provider form to us so we can have Dr. Abdulla complete and return it to you. We apologize for any confusion regarding the next steps.
