Hi Dennis! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication as soon as possible. Once approved and the certification has been issued, patients have to submit their application to the state. In your state, once the application has been submitted, patients receive an approval email and the card is received by mail within 14 business days. We apologize for any confusion caused.
