Wish it would be easier and something more for the people that always renew

I like that finally after 4 maybe 5 years I got a little discount renewing my medical card but we spend so much money on our cards and we have to hope to get someone to help us fill out the application cuz u guys make it way to hard to for people that are renewing plus I think the dispensaries make more then enough money off of us day in and out that we should get way better deals some places do discounts but that's all the point system is a joke they change it up Everytime they have issues with it then us the patients lose those points they don't let us use them I'm tired of feeling like everyone is taking advantage of us I need the card for actual reasons some people get it to have it but I need it and every year I go threw this have to wait a month for the new 1 to come in that by time I get it to use for the year I only get 11 months out of the year for the card I just wish we could get treated better that's all sorry for long text no it made at u mad in general after doing for more then 2 years there should be something that's way more worth it to me have a great day again sorry I asked. Hi Robert! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We understand your frustration with the renewal process and the feeling that you're not getting the value you deserve. We hear your concerns about the application process, the point system, and the overall cost of medical cards. I apologize for the frustration and any inconvenience caused. Our support team members are available to verbally walk you through the state renewal application process, if that would be helpful. I will notify our escalations team and ask that one of them reach out to see if they can help. If you have questions before they reach out, please call us at (800) 660-9085 or email us at [email protected].
