I have been trying to get my application filled out, but I can't, I have been blocked, I need some medicine now.

I was approved, but was never given any paperwork to upload to my state. When I attempted to speak to chat, nobody answered whether I would get anything.

Hi Chris! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback so that we can assist. In your state, once approved, the provider uploads your certification directly to the state. Once it has been uploaded, you would be able to complete your renewal application or extension at that time. I apologize for any confusion regarding the next steps. I see that the provider has uploaded your certification and provided a certification number to show that it has been completed.
