My audience engagement went way up when I switched to Leadpages. I also like the free calls when your rep analyzed my landing page for me and made helpful recommendations to improve results. I’ve struggled trying to get Facebook conversion tracking working with LeadPages. Not your fault. FB just makes it so confusing with little help from them. If you added live calls to help with that also it would be awesome. Thanks

We can't guarantee we can help with outside products but we try our best to help where we can! As for live calls and support, we do offer live chat and phone support on our Pro and Advanced plans. As well as live chat during the first 30 days of your account no matter the plan. Otherwise we do try to add videos and visuals in our email support to make the experience feel more personal. The response was prompt and accurate thankyou. My only request would be to have step by step tutorials that showed you how to develop a website/lead magnet from scratch using the various Leadpages tools. This I think is lacking for those that are not IT savvy.

Simple and easy to use but lacking some awesome lead generation tools like video popups for YouTube, Vimeo etc. as these video popups are hot right now with 380%+ conversion rate. Luckily I can use a nifty tool called LeadPlayer.net to generate leads from YouTube embedded videos and this tool is helping me a lot to stay ahead of my competition! Summary: LeadPages & LeadPlayer combo gives best all-round performance!

As for some features you would like to see we recommend making a feature request. Here at Leadpages, our development process is customer-driven. Because of this, when we get a request for a feature or integration from a customer, that automatically puts it on the table. For feature requests, we ask that you submit them using the `Give Us Feedback` form within your account. This form allows you to submit detailed requests in your own words. Our product and engineering teams frequently review these submissions, though they aren't able to respond to all of them. Leadpages is amazing. I've been able to build a lot of stuff myself in the past since I am very graphically oriented, but using Leadpages has been an absolute delight to use and do exactly what I want to do easily, without HTML code. I'm so excited to launch our new site, and I probably saved about $7000. Very pleased with Leadpages!

One of the most reliable and user-friendly companies out there. I've been a customer since 2013-2014 and I never had a problem that the support staff couldn't solve in 48h.

Today I chat with Greg from leadpages regarding refund for amount of $300/yr subscription.The trial period is supposed to end yesterday 20/5/2020 but I forgot to cancel the subscription which i did yesterday only after getting a message that i was billed.So I informed leadpages through chat,and Greg responded the chat and I explained him everything and request for a refund.So immediately the amount was refunded. I am so grateful to Greg for his understanding. Chat is the best option if you have any problem,it helps you get solution immediately.

They just keep charging you without a single invoice sent via email or will never contact you until your card expires. 1. Leadpages offered a free trial and got my card details. They kept it auto charging and never even sent any invoice copy via email. As they thought that if they ever send me any such email, then I may cancel it right away, I never used and have paid them 3-4 renewals. One day I noticed suspected charges in card statements, and it was this company. 2.. They never send you an invoice copy, so give them your card once and forget they will keep charging. 3. They never notify you on auto-debit like other companies. The only thing matters for them is your card to charge. 4. Leadpages never sends payment receipt. 5. Being a consumer, it is my legal right to be notified timely from your end like other companies do whoever charges monthly to the card. I also have my right too to get the email receipt of the payments auto-debited to my card. You do not follow both. 6. Even VISA, in their docs, clearly says, "As a best practice, routinely notify cardholders of regular recurring transactions charged to their Visa account at least ten days in advance. " The same is not followed. So Leadpages is not following VISA Guidelines with auto-debit.
