Brilliant assistance and feedback when I asked for advice

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. It is definately a better option than wordpress by far. Where I see it falling short is:1) building a platform based on a spreadsheet creates real limitations. I look at what I can build on Canva in terms of flexibility in page design and I wonder if can be done there, why not on LP; you can crop on the page! 2) Templates with perfect circles and squares are great, except no one explains and no one in tech support knew how the picture actually had to be cropped to get it to appear as a perfect circle/square. I actually had to solve the problem myself and sent screen shots and explaination to LP tech support. That you create a look and then don't tell people what needs to be done to get that look is very frustrating. 3) there is a TON of information and you can get lost in the weeds so fast. It would be helpful to have a training where you literally build a website page by page, so people can see how it's done rather than take a blog post here and there and try to graft it all together--and then have a manual that lays it out step by step. 4) Attract.io SUCKS. It is flat and boring and not at all engagable. Why partner with them, when you could partner with a platform like Canva???? 5) It would be great if you could create folders for your landing pages. The labels are fine, but it would be easier to organize campaigns if I could create folders. 6) Definately need a training on how to take your website pages to the next level. I have used some of the landing page templates from the fall converted series, and have use them on my website instead to get away from the horrid column row look. I have created split page images in Canva then upload as a background image. That creates a much different look. 7) although I have finally figured out images, it took me 8 months using blog posts and my own solutions - I don't quit but others would if they encountered what I encountered with your tech support around images. Telling someone to go to Pixlr and "crop it" without telling people what ratios it has to be cropped at to get a perfect circle and square instead of a squished circle and rectangle is not appropriate. What I do like is the Converted Series trainings. Amazing info and the templates are excellent (once I figured out how to upload the appropriate size image to get the same look that your LP templates show). Those series are 6 stars in my book. I like that I can change my site (literally rebuilt it 10 times by now) on my schedule and with no extra fees the way it would be to hire the work out. Also loved that when I was first starting out in June 2020, you folks offered to give feedback on my site and to have it go live briefly so people at LP could rate it. That was very helpful - thanks Bob. It would be great if there was a way to do a soft launch to a select few people so you could get feed back. You really just have to figure out a much better way to streamline all of the info you have to support customers. It really feels hit or miss and I find something, and then I have to dig to find it again. A manual that actually walks you through things rather than grafting together bits and pieces would be so much more helpful when you're starting out. You do the essentials training in the beginning--how about a transcript or a manual do go through all that. It's a pain having to dig for and then rewatch repeatedly a webinar to find the nugget you need. Thanks Cheryl

I have started recommending this site to others because of my satisfaction.

Leadpages have prompt and friendly support. I love the training webinars, very helpful. When you know you have a good idea about one of your marketing campaigns, then you watch some of the training that Leadpages offers, and you realize that there are many other ways to get the results you are looking for your business and get the exposure in the right and attractive way you want. Leadpages make it really fun and simple.

When it’s working the app is fine.... There are a lot of annoying bugs though and the support isn’t great. We once had them break one of our funnels and then deny it! The app is DOWN right now and I need to get a landing page out today - not great...

Amazing customer service, friendly, great platform with amazing tools and analytics, very user friendly, support site very thorough and well organized.

Having decided to build a new business and researching how and where to do that, I decided to do it on Leadpages. Having built that business, a process which was fun and relatively easy on this platform, I realised for many reasons that I was not ready to launch this particular business. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed the process and appreciated the help and feedback I received from the support staff. If I decide to come back to this business, I would definitely come back to Leadpages as I had a great experience with them.
