I had problems getting the app to open. Chris logged on to my machine and got the software working. An excellent job with a great deal of patience on my old computer. Thanks very much for your help. Peter

I had an issue with my speed when connected, emailed on a Sunday and received a response within a couple of hours. My issue was rectified quickly and more importantly, first time. Excellent service Chris, Many thanks
