I went over a year without connecting and then had trouble accessing my programs once trying again. I contacted VPN support and the team responded almost immediately with clear instructions. Had another glitch and again they came right back to me via email. I was able to connect and very happy. I’m just amazed at how good the support team was (thank you Arthur) in their quick efforts to solve my problems. Appreciated!

Le VPN reacted very swiftly to my request for help, and the communication with Raphael was easy, reliable and understandable. He set up a remote repair session, patiently trying everything imaginable to get Le VPN to work, which he finally succeeded in doing. I'd like to commend him on his technical competence and his excellent language skills.

Super quick and super reliable. I am able to access ALL my region sensitive sites in UK from Spain with only one additional click login. Technical services even helped my setup with clear and concise non technical advise. Brilliant brilliant service.
