I had problems reconnecting with Le vpn when I changed routers. The response I received was almost immediate and they did not rest until they’d solved the problem.

After a fault free year for some reason my laptop suddenly could not get connected. I sent a "ticket" and initial changes made by Le VPN did not fix the problem. They persisted and had the problem fixed in a couple of days so very happy!

Had a few reservations about the business model earlier on, however, my opinion has changed somewhat and I am now extremely happy with the overall service. Would recommend them to my circle of friends, without doubt.

I couldn’t install Le VPN onto my spare firestick and your technical department very quickly answered my email. Their instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to complete installation.
