Have been with them for many years (5 years +). Today get an email saying my monthly sub is going from £5 to £9. Appalling. The monthly pricing you're paying will change from the 1st of March 2022, but we have a few options for you to keep your plan up and running. Option 1 - stick with monthly payments You don't need to do anything. Your plan will renew automatically at €9.95 (or your local currency) per month on the 1st of March 2022. Response : No thank you, you've forced me to move to Private VPN who can offer me monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions at a much more competitive rate.

I could not select the right country to access as the screen was apparently frozen. I contacted customer support with my problem and received a speedy response. This resolved my problem at a stroke. Excellent customer service.

We lost my 5 on the 27th of January , i got in touch with LE VPN on the 29th 30th ? of January . They got back to us straight away & kept us informed all the way until we got my 5 back on the 5th of February . What an excellent service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much LE VPN Team !!!!!!!!!!!!!
