I love Lavender Sky from start to finish. I enjoy my phone consults with Dr. Lauren Cole, DO. She is very easy to talk to. She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and will answer any questions or concerns you have. I love that I never feel rushed. Her follow-up emails are received immediately with a recap of everything we went over, so I dont have to guess later if I have forgotten anything. I look forward to our next phone consultation and my next shipment. I am so happy I found this company & Dr. Cole!

I’ve been with LSH for over 2 years and have NEVER had any issues from start to delivery. I’ve lost 90 lbs with tirz and perseverance.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Lavender Sky Health! From the very beginning, they made the entire process of finding the right weight-loss medication feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful with everything. From choosing the right medication and understanding how to use it, to questions about packaging, shipping, and anything else that came up along the way. Dr. Linda was kind, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Michelle, the Senior Manager, was also absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I had. Both of them made me feel like I was actually being heard and cared for, rather than just being another patient. Honestly, I’ve had experiences with Lavender Sky Health that felt more reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate than some of my experiences with doctors in person. That says a lot! I would absolutely use Lavender Sky Health again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients and makes the process as smooth as possible. Thank you, Dr. Linda and Michelle, for being so kind and helpful throughout the entire experience! ❤️

The Lavendar Sky Health patient support team is fabulous. They answer questions and address concerns so quickly. Also, I love the additional products they offer and the multiple pharmacy and medication choices that are available. I have been a customer for over a year and will continue to use them.

Signed up for their glp service. You are required to send in photos of current prescriptions and blood tests which I did. But my provider apparently didn't get them. No problem I resent them. I was approved for a med and chose my pharmacy. After a week and a half I changed my mind about the pharmacy I had chosen due to many complaints on their own Facebook page. I decided I would rather go through them for the kwikpen through lilly. When I asked if I could change from compounded to the pen after 4 days I got a response stating that it was very expensive, (I know) and that I would have to pay another 40 then 25 dollars and have to wait 6 months before incoild make the change? I was given no other answers from there or even how to do this or if they would do this. I asked the provider to elaborate. Another 3 days has gone by with no answers which is typical. You write them they take 4 days to respond everytime. I ended up continuing through my old provider for my pen and I'm out the $69 provider fee they charge because I'm not filling the script with their florida pharmacy. Honestly I could but the amount of complaints is scary. Response times are 4 to 5 days and the responses are canned scripts. Avoid. There are hundreds of providers online.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Patient Support and Advocacy I have been a patient with Lavender Sky Health for the past couple of months, and my experience with their team has been excellent. They have consistently been responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. What truly stood out to me, however, was how they handled a recent issue involving one of their partner pharmacies, Absolute Pharmacy. There was a problem with the condition in which my medication arrived, and Lavender Sky Health took my concerns seriously. Their team stepped in, advocated on my behalf, and worked to ensure that I received a replacement medication in the proper condition. Situations like this really show you the type of company you are working with. Rather than leaving me to resolve the issue on my own, Lavender Sky Health took ownership of their role in the process and made sure I was taken care of. Their response demonstrated to me that they genuinely value their patients and operate with a patient-first approach. I greatly appreciate the Lavender Sky Health team and the level of care, communication, and advocacy they have provided. I feel valued as a patient, and that means a great deal to me. I would recommend Lavender Sky Health a thousand times over. Thank you to the entire team for demonstrating what excellent patient care and customer service should look like. ❤️

I had such a positive experience with Lavender Sky , and I can’t say enough positive things about my provider, Samantha Nugent. She was an incredible nurse practitioner. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and truly made me feel very supported throughout the entire onboarding new patient process. From start to finish, everything was seamless, quick, and easy. Samantha took the time to listen, answer my questions, come up with a plan with me for and made sure I felt comfortable and confident moving forward. I’m so grateful for the experience because she really cared. As a registered nurse myself, I would absolutely recommend Samantha and Lavender Sky Health to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality, personalized care from the convenience of your home. Excellent all around!

I really wanted to like Lavender Sky Health. My provider was helpful, their pricing was good, and I initially had every intention of continuing with them. I had selected one of Lavender’s plans based on a specific pharmacy. After my order was already placed, I received an email explaining that fulfillment was transitioning to a different compounder. When my shipment arrived, the two unopened vials were labeled identically but had VERY VISIBLY DIFFERENT fill levels. I noticed it immediately, sent photos, weighed both vials on the same scale, and offered to return everything unopened for inspection. At that point I wasn’t asking to leave Lavender. I simply asked whether my order could be replaced through one of their other, more established pharmacy partners. Instead, I was sent another vial from the same lot. When I then asked for a refund so I could reorder through a different Lavender pharmacy, things became unnecessarily difficult. Lavender had previously told me that New Life Rx was the entity authorized to approve replacements or refunds. Their Chief Quality Officer then stepped in, denied the refund, reframed a documented discrepancy between two identically labeled vials as my personal “loss of confidence,” and cited an earlier discussion about package sizing and puncture dates that had nothing to do with the issue I was reporting. She ultimately told me Lavender considered the matter resolved because another vial had been sent. And I eventually had to deal directly with New Life, whose CEO agreed in writing to refund the order. After New Life intervened, Lavender finally processed the refund. I understand that problems can happen, especially when telehealth companies are coordinating with outside pharmacies and fulfillment partners. What lost me as a customer was how Lavender handled a legitimate medication-quality concern once I brought it to their attention. I started this process wanting to remain a customer and simply use another one of their pharmacy options. By the end of it, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with Lavender.
