Very clean, well-kept cabin in the perfect location! Right between Mars Hill and Asheville! The porch swing was the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and the hot tub was the perfect ending to the day. We will definitely be back again!

We booked a last minute stay at Laurel Mountain Retreat the property manager was friendly and responsive. The area is beautiful, we saw tons of wildlife including a late night visit from a bear! The cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub is perfect for cool morning. We would definitely book again.

We had a great girl's weekend at LMR - the Chanterelle cabin is just a delight! We loved the hot tub and the swing on the deck. We'd go back in a heartbeat!!

Nice, small, super clean cabin perfect for a couple humans and dogs. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Quiet neighborhood with some road noise from nearby. Lots of wildlife including deer, wild turkey and tons of other birds. Great porch with glider. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Inside temperature is self controlled unlike other places I stayed so that’s a bonus.

Relaxing Beautiful Weekend Away! Ben and Lisa have created the most welcoming comfortable secluded getaway destination that I've experienced. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed and more. From the hot tub and fireplace to the full kitchen and laundry; they even included dog bowls and blankies for our furry friends. I can't wait to come back and enjoy a longer stay
