Finally received my order! It's perfect. My only criticism is it wasn't delivered on time. But I have it now, so it's all goof

I am very sorry about that! It was a miscommunication amongst the elves here. I’m very glad you like the ornament. I’d like to offer you a discount code to make up for it. Please email me at [email protected] before ordering anymore ornaments.
Well packaged nicely and the delivery was perfect, it came on time. I didn't really expect much them, but they amazed me.

Great experience & beautiful handmade gift

The business asks for you to put what and where you want your personalization, and then they do not do it. I emailed about the problem the day my order arrived, but never heard back from them.

Hi Julee, I replied to your email as soon as we got it. Perhaps it went to your spam folder or something. I’m happy to replace the ornament. Please respond to my email for further responses. I’ll make sure that it gets to you before Christmas. I’m very sorry for the mixup.
Put in an order for four ornaments and asked for expedited delivery (for Christmas gifts). Not only were the ornaments perfect but they special delivered the package in plenty of time for gift giving! Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks again!

Product exactly as described. Prompt order updates and quick shipping

Came quickly, wrapped safely and in a nice gift box. The personalization on the ornament isn’t as nice as I’d like- it looks a bit shaky. It’s for my son, and I don’t think he’ll notice that.

Customer service was fantastic! The ornament was colorful and neatly inscribed. It was perfect for my grandson's tree.
