The RN who performed my Botox was wonderful and professional, Jessica R. at the Phoenix location. However, I only rate 4/5 stars because the gal who checked me in was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable because apparently when I purchased my services ahead of time I purchased from a different location. She made some rude comments towards the RN providing my services who actually was the reason I purchased a package of Botox in the first place. As a customer I should not be made to feel guilty for using a product I spent hundreds of dollars on at a location different from where I apparently purchased from. The transaction was originally done over the phone. Then at the end of my service the same front desk assistant wanted to sell me other services. I thought about the “deal” she was offering me then respectfully declined at this time and again... rude comments and just completely unprofessional. I will not be back to this location nor would I recommend the Phoenix location. Next time I fly to Arizona from out of state I will drive to another location to have services rendered. I do not need to spend my money in Arizona but I chose to because of the RN whom I trusted for my services. It is unfortunate that a front desk assistant could put such a bad taste in a consumers mouth when they aren’t even providing the services that keep the company afloat.

Comfortable and Polite Customer Service!

The PL didn't work on the dark spots at all and the hair removal did not removal the hair as expected.You are rushed in and out quickly.

All the girls there are super nice. However, the hairs grow back not completely gone like they said from the beginning. ( I have Brazilian one), I still have to shave ( so I’m disappointed)

Its nearly impossible to book an appointment, the techs are always in a hurry, it's not a very inviting atmosphere, they booked me for 2 appointments knowing that doing one would not allow me to do another within the same week. I was not informed on how to prepare for it nor educated after until an email got sent 2 days later after my first time. When I finally expressed my disappointment in a kind manner it got pushed over and the first time nothing was said and second time I said it the response to follow was lets get you booked for your next appointment...mind you the next time they could even get me in was 3 weeks later (after I scheduled my whole day around being at the appointment I was supposed to be at and didnt get my services?) I will however acknowledge Tisha who is always sweet when I've gone in kind and helpful.

Two out of my three treatments of clear and brilliant were good. Unfortunately the second time I was there, the esthetician rushed me into the room only 3 minutes after they had applied the numbing cream. She said that they were too busy and in order to provide a good treatment she had to do it right away because they were behind schedule. She worked on my face extra fast and at the end of the treatment, she informed me that they had ran out of cooling masks. Not only the treatment was painful, but my skin as expected after the laser was on fire and there was no way for me to cool it down. I would like to mention that I I don't think she was rude, I just I don't think she cared much about what I was expecting, she just had to keep up with their schedule. Thank you.
