N aspire rien.. toujours bouché. Je suis très déçue..

After emailing on a daily basis Laresar stopped communicating and I assume refused garentee on product. Very disappointed and Amazon as their reseller AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Très satisfait de mon achat un robot aspirateur laveur LARESAR particulièrement silencieux. Depuis quelques mois je l’utilise régulièrement il a une bonne autonomie avec une bonne aspiration. Un SAV extraordinaire sur lequel on peut compter. J’avais besoin de quelques conseils ils ont été très sympa et disponible. Je conseille à 100%

Going with a "big company", with a 2-year warranty, I felt confident when I purchased my Laresar vacuum cleaner last year. Just over 12-months and it's stopped! Despite repeat emails, and messages on their site, they've chosen to ignore me. So much for their customer service and warranty. AVOID! Go with a reputable company, as I now have; Dyson.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen leider nur anschließen. Nach einem Jahr ist ein Motor eines Laufrades defekt. Das Gerät ist somit unbrauchbar. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt keine Rückmeldung. Sowas sollte in D bzw in der EU gar nicht möglich sein.

Hi, das Gerät ist defekt, keiner meldet sich zurück. Geld ist weg! Obwohl über Amazon bestellt, muss man sich über den Kundendienst von Laresar in Verbindung setzen, seit Wochen keine Antwort von Laresar. Sehr ärgerlich!

J’ai un laresar v7 la batterie est tomber en panne après 11 mois d’utilisation bon c’est pas la mort ça arrive mais elle est sensé être garantie 1 an et l’aspirateur en lui même 2 . Jenvoi des message et des mail personne ne répond ils font rien pour leurs client quand je vois les avis ça confirme juste .. j’aurais du regarder avant de commander . En bref bon produit mais SAV inexistant quand ça marche c’est bien quand c’est en panne autant jeter . Cette entreprise ne devrait même plus exister
